How to solve "Cannot connect to internet" when activating M3 products?

In your computer environment, there is something (firewall, anti-virus software, browser plugin, other software) blocked M3 products be connected to our activation server or your computer doesn't have internet access.

If you are using M3 Data Recovery for Windows, M3 BitLocker Recovery

Solution 1: Please check if your computer can access our activation server address: http://activation.format-recovery.com. If not, please add it to the white-list and then try to activate again.

Solution 2: Please check if there is something (firewall, anti-virus software, browser plugin, other software) blocked our activation server address: http://activation.format-recovery.com in your computer environment, if yes, please add our activation server address to the white-list and try again.

Solution 3: Please send the hardware ID (shown in About window of M3 Data Recovery) to [email protected] so that we can generate offline activation code for you.

If you are using M3 Data Recovery for Mac, M3 BitLocker Loader for Mac
