How to open/access Bitlocker encrypted external hard drive on macOS?

Is it possible to access BitLocker encrypted external hard drive on macOS, Linux, Android or Windows Mobile? I have an external hard drive that has been encrypted with Bitlocker on a previous work laptop. The problem is that I don't have the laptop anymore. I can't open Bitlocker encrypted external hard drive on the Mac now and not sure if there is a program or way around the password to unlock Bitlocker encrypted external hard drive on macOS?
