[Solved] How to access Bitlocker encrypted flash drive in Mac OSX?

I protected data on my flash drive using Bitlocker in Windows. But of course I can't access Bitlocker encrypted flash drive in Mac OSX operating system. I have a Windows VMware running inside my MacBook and can access Bitlocker encrypted flash drive this way, but this requires booting up Window VMware and becomes frustrating most of the time. Does anyone know any way to directly access Bitlocker encrypted flash drive in Mac OSX?
