How to open BitLocker encrypted drive on your Mac?

"Is it possible to access BitLocker encrypted external hard drive on macOS, Linux, Android or Windows Mobile? I have an external hard drive that has been encrypted with BitLocker on a previous work laptop. The problem is that I don't have the laptop anymore. BitLocker for macOS & Mac OS X
