I use Bitlocker Drive Encryption to lock one partion. Everything goes well, but after I send my Dell Inspiron Laptop in warranty they changed motherboard and Bitlocker doesn't recognize correct password or recovery key. I am sure that my password is correct. My warranty changed just my motherboard and they don.t change nothing in my hard drive. I didn't reinstall my Windows. How can I access data in Bitlocker encrypted drive?

You can test if you have Bitlocker Drive Encryption available on your version of Windows by doing this simple test. Go to This PC\My Computer and right-click the C (or D or E) drive. If Bitlocker is available, then you should see the option Turn on Bitlocker on the Right-click menu. If not, please connect this Bitlocker encrypted drive to another computer which has built-in Bitlocker Drive Encryption feature and check, if Bitlocker still doesn't accept password or recovery key, this Bitlocker encrypted drive should be damaged.
